My name is Def Liepard, and I am a Pokémon content creator. I have been creating content for the last two years, but I have been a fan of the franchise for over eleven years. My work primarily focuses on memes and short-form posts, but I also produce longer videos and other forms of media. While my goals have evolved over time, my current focus is to continue making content and connecting with the community while balancing a part-time job and my junior year of college. During my time as a creator, I have met many wonderful people, and I am so grateful to be part of this community. Though I haven't been as active recently, I hope to return soon with more to share with everyone.

Why Liepard?

Liepard is not a standout Pokémon by any means. It has entirely sub-par stats and little to no use in competitive play beyond certain restricted formats. So, why is Liepard my favorite? Back in the summer of 2016, I went to GameStop and purchased a copy of Pokémon: White 2 and decided to play it on the ride home. It was there, in the back of my mom's car, that I encountered a shiny Purrloin in the very first patch of grass I set foot in. Although that shiny Purrloin wasn't my starter, it was my first wild encounter in the game. From then on, Liepard became one of my favorites. A few years later, I decided to use Liepard on a competitive team in Pokémon Sword and Shield online ranked battles. Since the format restricted all legendary Pokémon, I was able to successfully climb all the way to Master Ball tier. Thanks to that fateful encounter all those years ago and my successful competitive run, Liepard firmly cemented itself as my favorite Pokémon.
